Mulhuddart winter service times: from October, we revert to our winter pattern of services, with Night Prayer at St Thomas’ on the third Sunday of each month only, at 8 p.m.

Bequest:
A bequest to the parish from the estate of the late Mrs Audrey Buchanan has been used to have all the new prayer books in our three churches overprinted in gold with the name of the church. At St. Brigid’s the hymnals have also been overprinted to reflect Audrey’s love of music. The remainder of the bequest was used to purchase a presentation desk edition of the BCP for use in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit in St. Brigid’s and this will be inscribed inside in memory of Archbishop Alan Buchanan. Our thanks go to their daughters Desiree and Nicola.
Overseas Mission:
We keep in our prayers Karen Cadoo in Pemba (Tanzania) with an AIDS-related programme, Sheena Cadoo in Uganda teaching and helping to construct a new orphanage for children with AIDS, Lennon Neary in Madagascar with a team from TCD working on a Habitat for Humanity programme, and Jillian Tutty in Brazil with a team from King’s Hospital for Habitat.
