Building for the future generation

Work continues apace on the Clonsilla Centre as builders MJ Duncan put in the services and foundations, despite the dreadful weather. We are still on course to be finished by the end of April.

Visit of St Patrick’s Cathedral Choir: St Brigid’s was packed on 11th December to hear the Cathedral Choir perform a fundraising concert in aid of the Clonsilla Project and Castleknock Lions. A delightful programme of traditional and contemporary music with some superb singing and organ playing, it was a rare treat. Many thanks to Peter Barley and the choir, and to Laurence O’Reilly who had the initial idea.

GOLF CLASSIC on 6th May 2005 in Blackbush Golf Club. This year we will be joining with Castleknock as a joint venture and splitting the profits 50/50. We are looking for an overall sponsor, sponsors of tee boxes, prizes etc. and, most of all, players. Full details on Notice Boards and in next month’s magazine.
