Mothers’ Union

MU started off the new season with a service of Holy Communion at which the preacher was our curate, Rev. Elaine. During the coffee, a gospel choir was formed! They debuted very successfully at the dedication service for the new room in Clonsilla church. The knitters are continuing to meet monthly in homes and new people are welcome, knitters or not.

Our Monday 3rd October meeting, "Women's Health Issues", will be of note to all women. We will have speakers from The Women's Preventative Healthcare Unit at the Adelaide and Meath Hospital incorporating the National Children's Hospital. Everyone is invited to attend this evening. There will also be a literature stand.

Tiny Tots

Calling all parents with babies and pre-school children: Castleknock and Clonsilla Tiny Tots has re-opened for the new session and would welcome new members. We invite you to come along to our weekly get togethers on Friday mornings from 10.15 a.m. until 11.15 a.m. Let your children enjoy playtime, crafts and song time whilst you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and chat to the other parents.

Between now and Christmas, we will be having a Halloween Party, a trip to ‘Hurly Burley’s’ and a Christmas Party for the children. We will also be organizing our usual Mums’ night out.
