Boys' Brigade

17 Junior Section boys headed off to D.C.U for the Battalion 5 a side soccer tournament. Two of our teams got through to the quarter finals. Well done to all the boys who took part. We are now busy preparing for the figure marching competition in February.

Company Section are practising for both the indoor and outdoor soccer events coming up soon. They have been modelling their new soccer strip for us (hope it helps them with the goal scoring! ).

Girls’ Brigade

We resumed in January following a well-deserved break. We are now preparing for the Scripture Exams and various competitions. Our leaders had a very relaxing weekend away in Fairymount Farm Cottages in North Tipperary in early January. Our Display will be held on Friday 7th April in Castleknock Community College.

Mothers’ Union

A very enjoyable night was had by 36 MU members at the Coolquay Lodge where we shared a delightful meal and lots of craic! The next meeting is on 6th February when Dorothy Robinson will hold a flower-arranging workshop. All are welcome.
