On 18th December 2005 at St. Brigid’s: Scott Patrick, son of Patrick and Susan Hernon of Castleknock.

In Memoriam: Francis Samuel Cooke Allen (1927-2006)
Frank Allen was a stalwart and very popular member of this parish for many years until he and his wife Rosemary and family left to live in Dunboyne. He was very intelligent (a scholar of TCD) and widely read, but was also extremely good with his hands and an expert gardener. He was devoted to St. Brigid’s and cared for the fabric and grounds for many years. He served as Churchwarden, vestry member and school trustee. The large turnout at his funeral reflected the esteem with which he was held in this community and beyond. Our sympathies are with Rosemary, children Elizabeth, Ken and William and the whole family circle.
May he rest in peace and rise in glory
